Vata Savitri vrata is a ritual practice performed by wives while praying for the well being and long life of their husband. This is a fasting day for married women. According to the Hindu calendar, this festival falls on the day of purnima, 15th day of the month in the month of Jyeshtha, third month of the year.

There is one thing no man will put up with, (besides adultery) that is being
postponed for someone or something else.

No man wants to come after the children. It's one thing if food is rationed and
the mother is going to sacrifice herself to feed her children. Okay. Even taking
a portion of the man's food to feed the children might be tolerable.

But to be talking to a wife about a matter of importance and a mindless brat
whines about the other mindless brat and the mindless wife gets up, walks
away from the husband to the mindless brat...that is not acceptable.
