The public employee unions are on the run in Wisconsin. The protests to support a bankrupt pension system are reminiscent of the 2010 street protests in Greece when the Greek public employee retirement system was declared bankrupt. The governor of Wisconsin is proposing some good fixes to a broken system.

I’ve hated Sarah Palin since John McCain made the unwise, not to mention ridiculously stupid decision of picking her as his running mate in the 2008 presidential election. I’ve written several articles about her, including one about her farcical, wisely canceled by TLC show, Sarah Palin’s Alaska. The woman spews some of the most ignorant, unbelievable crap I have ever heard from a politician in my life - although Michele Bachmann is now a close second.

It was recently announced that in the waning hours of his term as governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger commuted the sentence of a man that plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter. The real issue that people have taken with this, though, is that this is the son of the former speaker of the California Assembly. Can you spell corruption?
