The Gift of Prophecy, is a valuable blessing not only to the body of GChrist, but to the unbeliever as well. Prophecy on one of the nine gifts of the spirit spoken of in I Corinthians chapter 12. This gift is given to those who walk in the spirit and are willing to be used of the Lord. If you want to be used by God,He will flow through you.

The Gifts of the Spirit are grace gifts give not because of merit, but because of design. Meaning as believers we are called to walk in love, and the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit. Because a believer operates in a gift of the spirit doe not mean he or see is 'deep' or more spiritual than anyone else, but it means that person is yielded to God and willing to be used for His glory.

The gifts of the spirit are still in operation today, and every believer who is filled with the Holy Spirit can operated in the gifts of the spirit. 1Co 12:1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. Good wants us to be knowledgeable and to even desire to be used in their operation.
