This video demonstrates a more advanced muffin top exercises. As you can see one needs to already be in shape to perform most of these sets. But if the easier exercises for muffin top has gotten stale or boring then amp it up with these!

Take 10 minutes out of your busy day and do this routine to reduce those love handles! It seems that is the hardest part of fat to get off the body, no matter how much you exercise and eat right. But this short workout should give some great results!
