After being snubbed to attend a party, the evil fairy Maleficent casts a curse upon the princess, to where she will fall into a deep slumber on her 16th birthday, and will never awaken again. However, the spell can be broken only by true love's kiss. Although the film is a bit dated by today's standards, it's still a fairly enjoyable movie for what it happens to be.

Based off the classic fairy tale. Belle is an ordinary girl living in a small village with her father. However, due a misunderstanding, her father is taken prisoner by the infamous Beast, who resides in a castle due a mysterious curse. Belle offers herself in exchange for her father's freedom. Although the Beast may seem like a cold hearted creature at first, we soon come to find out that there may be more to him than meets the eye.
