As according to Islamic traditions a body is to be disposed of within 24 hours of death, telling the world, “we fed him to sharks” does dispose of the body within 24 hours, so obeys Islamic law.

I’m sure future generations of CIA operatives will examine the exhibit in its glass case, and be told; “If we could take him out, you can take out your quarry.”
