I suppose my romance with coffee began when I got married. I fell in love with good coffee. Of course, I now know that the best coffee is freshly roasted and ground just before brewing from the best tasting beans. The older the coffee is, the more flavor it loses. After drinking coffee for 30 years, I have turned into a coffee connoisseur.
