“This is a national scandal. OSHA: Sawmill Safety and Health Violations
The complaint are 12 serious safety violations including improper use of compressed air for cleaning, a lack of guardrails and handrails on walkways and stairs, improper signage, improper machine guards, a damaged ladder, problems with access to a circuit breaker box and missing covers on electrical boxes.

Halliburton Receives OSHA Star Worksite Approval
Halliburton has been reapproved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as a Star Worksite within its Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP). The worksite approval is for Halliburton's Drill Bits and Services manufacturing facility in The Woodlands, Texas. It is the only drill bit manufacturing facility in the energy services industry to achieve this status.

Last year Facebook users encountered status updates from their female friends that read “I like it on the floor,” or “Black,” and no one had any clue what the cryptic status updates were really about. Later people learned that the colors were supposed to signify the girls’ bra color of choice and pique male interest thereby leading to their awareness of breast cancer month which is October. Umm, ok. That is some shaky logic to say the least. Ok, I’m done with political correctness - this is one of the dumbest awareness campaigns I have ever seen.
