Nice, fairly easy riding in the Foothills of the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, NM. If you want to make it more difficult just pick one of the trails that climbs a little higher. This trail starts out level underneath the power lines running roughly north/south until it hooks up with the steeper trails. Opportunities here for all ages and skill levels and a good place to improve skills.

Albuquerque hosts a lot of things and I knew that. I knew they hosted the International Balloon Fiesta every year, the biggest balloon festival in the world, and I knew that not far from here is the biggest chili festival but until preparing to move here and wearing my fingers out Googling for things to do and see here I did not know they also hosted the longest tram in the world of its kind, the Sandia Peak Tramway.
