When one of their friends gets shot in the genitals from an assassination attempt, our heroes travel through time to stop the culprit before it happens, which inevitably leads them into the future. Along the way, they get into all sorts of hijinks and mischief that has to be seen to be believed. Unfortunately, John Cusack wasn't in this movie, and it looks like it might've been a huge mistake...

The Muppets are green lighted again by Disney to get another movie, due to the roaring success of the last one. However, what should their movie be about? The gang struggles to come up with an idea, but they ultimately decide to go on a grand tour across the world.

Along the way, Kermit ends up getting replaced by an evil frog named Constantine, who plans to use the Muppets in his elaborate jewel heist scheme.
