Based off a novel by Kaui Hart Hemming, the film essentially follows a Hawaiian lawyer named Matt. He has recently become a land baron over his families estate, and he must try to sell the property to ensure his families' financial future. Unfortunately, life takes an unexpected turn when his wife becomes comatose, and he's forced to try to reconnect with his children.

My husband and I recently inherited two fine fishing poles. We live on the North Shore on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.
