Battlefield 3 is a First-Person Shooter (FPS) that is designed to attack your senses, delivering a visceral combat experience like no other FPS before it. Sequel to 2005's Battlefield 2, Battlefield 3 utilizes the updated Frostbite 2 game engine, which allows for advanced destruction, sound, and graphics as well as a focus on dense in-game urban settings.

Strategy and tactics are two different concepts applied in playing the game of chess. For example, a player's strategy could be to take the opponent's rooks and this could be implemented through a series of movements, i.e. the tactics.
In the same line, strategic goals form the broader framework within which tactical goals are included. The relationship between strategic and tactical goals is interdependent and fully oriented towards the ultimate purpose of winning a chess game. All this is very similar to the distinction between organizational strategy and tactics.
