If we eject our pen drive using "Safely Remove the devices" shortcut on the windows system tray icon or Device Manager, sometimes still our pen drives LED light blink/illuminate. That means if we eject our pen drive, still computer or laptop USB-port provides power to the pen drive. At that time if we remove our pen drive it caused further problems to pen drive and also our computer. Such as in sometimes, cause an error in an active transfer to another USB device.
