Fast-moving mudwaters filled the streets in Seoul on Wednesday, sending residents scrambling to the roofs of their partially submerged cars.

In this case, South Korea troop were too jumpy and fired on a commercial airliner as it descended to land. They were previously told to shoot first and ask for permission later. Sometimes, we forgot how idiot humans can be.
