So there's this webcomic about a guy who appears to be some sort of mad scientist applied over a Sid Vicious template. He's like a really punky guy who works as a military nuclear weapons engineer in a biopunk post-apocalypse setting. The art is a huge selling point, it's very bright and bold and harsh, in a good way. Evidently the story is about him trying to take over the world by overthrowing the current tyrannical government. It approaches some LGBT issues, some political issues, some society issues, but is largely both fun and thought-provoking.
