You might be wondering how to set up an email on Lotus Notes that you can reuse again and again. You’d already have an email saved on Lotus Notes that would be more or less permanent (but still allowing you the ability to change or delete it) and that you could use many times over instead of making a new draft. If you want to add a signature to the bottom of your Lotus Notes emails you'll find it pretty easy to do. This is also helpful for adding other permanent (ok, maybe not literally permanent, but it will appear on all of your emails) text to your emails such as website, phone number, addresses on Lotus Notes.

If you want to stop the pop up box from appearing on Lotus notes when new mail arrives you have come to the right place.
Depending on how you have your Lotus Notes set up, whenever you get new mail in your inbox, a pop up box will appear on your PC screen. The purpose of the pop up box is to, of course, alert you when new mail arrives. That said, if you are good about checking your email and don't need to know the very second when someone sends you an email, you can easily deactivate this feature.
