Heart disease, also known as cardiovascular disease, generally affects older people and means that there is a problem with the blood vessels and heart.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. More than a quarter of all deaths from heart disease. These diseases including Angina, arteriosclerosis, atherosclerosis, heart attack, and stroke. Some risk factors for heart disease include

"We are meant to be happy". That was the first sentence in the Introduction part of the book. So far I like it. I mean, who doesn't want to be happy? I remember one of my friends saying something about searching for happiness in all the wrong places all this time. So where should we seek? Where has it been hiding all this time? Perhaps.... we have been asking the wrong questions? The author suggests that we might have been searching too far, that the answer is actually plain to see.......
