Based on the 1980's cartoon series. Cobra allies itself with a sinister new threat, in order to take over the world. However, it seems like Cobra Commander's constant failures in taking over the world may cost him dearly, as it seems his past mistakes are finally catching up to him. Meanwhile, a crop of new G.I. Joe troops are coming up through training, as it seems like they'll need all the help they can get.
