Recently a thought occurred to me while I was window shopping on the net, the advertising that would appear was exactly what I was looking at the day before. I started thinking and wondering about how these advertisers could be so specific with their products and advertising. I find it quite strange and a little alarming that they can pin point products I'd been looking at, right down to exact pieces of jewellery and shoes.

It might sound obvious to some people, but there is no trick in getting high rating and reaching thousands of views of your works, and the answer is quite simple. You could be writing informative articles, making artworks, videos or music. Whatever area you are good at – the rules stand the same to all.

When I wrote my post based on link bait going viral, I mentioned two social booking marking sites, Digg and Reddit. Most bloggers, if not all, know about these social bookmarking sites. A few people read my post and gave me some valuable feedback. From their responses, I have realized that my research on Digg, specifically for this post, has not been in vain. I hope I can help the digglets with this post.
