R2D2 is the cute looking little driod from the Star Wars Movies. R2D2 is one of the only three characters to have been in all 3 of the Star Wars movies. The other two characters to have been in all six of the Star Wars movies were C3P0 and Anakin Skywalker. C3P0 is R2D2's best friend and Anakin Skywalker is the Father of Luke Skywalker. Anakin is the one who became Darth Vader.
