After the death of their high school basketball coach, five friends and their families decide to spend the fourth of july weekend together; reminiscing about old times, while bragging about their own lives with one another.

In this latest chapter to the "Monsters, Inc." franchise, Pixar has decided to go back to the beginning to retell the origins of how Mike and Sulley met in college, and inevitably became best friends. Although they don't like each other at first, they inevitably work through their differences to become friends.
