Don’t expect middle schoolers to get much laugh out of this movie, but your elementary aged children will enjoy the childish humor provided. ‘Mr. Popper’s Penguins’ is an onscreen modern adaptation of the 1938 children’s book ‘Mr. Popper’s Penguins’, starring Jim Carrey as Tom Popper, Maxwell Perry Cotton and Madeline Carroll as his distant children, Carla Gugino as his ex-wife, and the lovely Angela Lansbury as a sought after client.

"Liar Liar" is the story of Fletcher Reede (Jim Carrey) a hot shot lawyer who will tell a lie win a case. He is also a father who constantly lets his son down by making promises and failing to keep them. But all of that changes when his son makes a birthday wish and for 24 hours Fletcher cannot lie, something which causes him major problems with an important court case to attend.

The Academy awards are over for another year and for those who picked up an Oscar a bright future lies ahead with scripts lining up along with much improved pay cheques. But for those movies that did not do so well, it is now a time for their production companies to re evaluate where they went wrong.

I, The Axorcist, have come up with a sure fire method to get that Oscar next time – be it for direction, best actor/actress, film or script – by simply evaluating in more detail what the judges, time and time again, are really looking for.
