Diabetes seems to be a known problem we have in America. This year, it was reported that 23.6 million people(adults and children) have diabetes. Diabetes accords when your body does not produce enough insulin. There's two different types. Type 1, which means the body is not producing insulin. Type 2 is where cells are not producing enough insulin. Type 2 is much more common, in which that many Americans suffer from this form of diabetes.
