Buco Pie

Buco is the Filipino word for coconut. A Buco pie is a traditional Filipino pie, a two crust pie which encloses a sweet buco filling. Buco pie is the specialty of Laguna, a province in the Philippines. Laguna is also known for its hot spring resorts. People who visit the place specially the tourists do not leave the place without a box of buco pie.
