I had heard some really good things above the movie Incedies. Much of the film is set in Lebanon and spoken the Lebanese native language. The rest of the film is in French. I watched Incendies with the help of English subtitles. Interestingly enough, it is actually a Canadian film. Some of it is in Canada as well (though I’m not sure if in the literal sense or just stated that way in the plot) There was some positive buzz and plenty of award nominations surrounding this film so I really wanted to watch this movie. It stars Lubna Azabal among a cast of other fine actors.
