Eight years ago, my dad left my mom with a lot of debt, and since then, I've been living with her and taking care of her finiancially, since she has health problems and can't work. Even with me working full-time and what little she gets from SSI, we can barely keep up with bills, groceries, home repairs, and the stuff my dad should be paying on. I'm also not doing well in my own health either, and need to have blood work done, but can't afford the hospital tests or the medical insurance my job offers.
