I've created this lovely (if I say so myself !) website using Wordpress to advertise my friends new Gites which are in a little French village called St Laurent, near Perpignan.

Gill and Tim (my friends with the Gites doh) have invested all of their savings into, what was a delapidated old barn and have turned it in 4 beautilful holiday homes.

2 of the Gites will accomodate 8 people in each, the 3rd will accomodate 4 people and the 4th gites is perfect for a couple on a romantic holiday.

Sunscreens are something that we all take for granted. Usually during the summer months we all slather it on at the beach. Some will grab a bottle of SPF 4; some will go for a little more protection maybe a SPF 15 or a SPF 30. But do we know what we are really doing? What does the number mean? I was recently asked just that question by my wife during a recent shopping trip.
