I know that you city folk might not believe it's true, but here in rural Texas we've a bit of a problem. We've got over a million too many wild hogs roaming about our lands, and tearing up our property. I don't know if you know this or not - but a wild pig is a large critter, and they don't come in groups of one. One isn't a group, pardon my ridiculousness. I've got ridiculousness in spades.

Pigs, especially the wild ones, roam in packs. Wild pigs get big, and they are all over Texas, tearing up people's ranches, small farms, gardens, and everything else that they wish to tear up.

Texas Governor Rick Perry is considering a run at the presidency, he is the longest serving chief executive in the state's history. Some want to draft him and he has said that he will think about it. Governor Perry has said that right now he is focusing on state business and feels that he has plenty of time to think about it. Long live the T.E.A. Party.

A new law that will ban a chemical hallucinogen known as "bath salts" is being considered in Ohio, Texas, Michigan, and seven other states after reports that the substance is causing deaths among its users. Unlike the harmless scented crystals used in bath water, this "salt" is actually a form of cocaine which is sold legally in some tobacco stores across the nation.
