Based on the popular toy line by Hasbro. The Autobots are on the run from the CIA, after they deem all transformers a threat to national security. Aided by alien bounty hunters, the CIA won't rest until Optimus Prime is captured.

The Autobots are aided by a mechanic and his family, as they try to survive. Meanwhile, an old enemy from the past schemes his way back to overtake the Autobots once and for all.
