Like emails, faxes can’t be fixed after you send them. You really need to proofread your fax before faxing it to another person. All stand alone, dummy, faxes have a feature that lets you print out your fax history. You might be looking for a fax that you sent or one that you received or both. This is easy enough to do with just a press of a button. What if you want to view the whole fax journal, history, register, whatever you call it right on your PC? That is, you use a program such as RightFax / Captaris / OpenText you are essentially using your computer as a fax machine and you want to view all the faxes that have been transmitted to and from your PC.

Remember the old dummy faxes just pumping out page after page of ' fax paper ' in the office. Since the release of Right Fax years ago, I still appreciate how much less work it is to fax from my PC computer. Saves paper and the mess.
There are lots of Right Fax tips and help out there on the internet and I'll throw my advice into the ring. Sending pages from different files. This is pretty basic stuff, but since I just figured out how to do it, I figure others out there might need the same advice.
