Bookmark and Share Wireless Card Contract Assumption

I'm not trying to make anything money off of this. I simply want to allow someone to assume my contract. You would be responsible for making monthly payments on the service thereafter.

You can assume (transfer from me to you) my Verizon contract and avoid the $269.99 retail cost and avoid the activation fees.

$30.00 for 2Gb or 5g For $50.00 can be used as a wireless card (MI-FI) or can be converted to a Cellular Phone Line.

No Activation Fees.

Can accommodate up to 5 Devices.

You would assume my contract.

Assumption of Liability:

Everything you need to know for transferring a line.
Existing account owner or account manager requirements to complete assumption of liability:

1. Account balance must be current.

2. You will continue to be responsible for account charges until the transfer has been completed.

3. You must contact Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 to authorize the account transfer and provide the name of the new, assuming customer.

4. New, assuming customer must agree to the Verizon Wireless Customer Agreement Terms and Conditions.

5. If the line you are transferring is the primary line on a Family SharePlan®, or is the only secondary line on a Family SharePlan® please contact Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 to have the remaining line(s) placed on eligible calling plans. This must be completed prior to processing the Assumption of Liability.

6. Forward this Assumption of Liability email to the new, assuming customer.
New customer's requirements to assume liability for someone else's line of service:

1. Review the Verizon Wireless Customer Agreement Terms and Conditions (http://tinyurl.com/dtcpn ) before assuming the account.
2. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions (http://tinyurl.com/dtcpn), and up to a one-year contract term, please call the
Verizon Wireless Assumption of Liability Department at 1-888-832-4540. A representative will assist you with completing the request.

3. Your service assumption will be subject to a credit check. A security deposit may be required. If you are adding this line to an existing Verizon Wireless account, your account must be current.

4. You will be required to switch to a currently available plan.

5. If you are utilizing equipment from the existing account owner, please be advised that the equipment warranty does not transfer with the device.

Note: If the assuming customer is a business, please have that party contact Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204 and provide an existing mobile number they have.
