Social media is just emerging from its infancy and is growing like the proverbial weed. Already sporting over 160 tools, digital news feeds and web sites, social media and social networking continue to grow every day. Trying to keep up with this ever-expanding list can be a nightmare. Social aggregation tools try to alleviate some of this hassle but it still amounts to a lot of chatter, barely any filtering and not a lot of control.
