Is The Artist Cy Twombly the Greatest or the Worst? Twombly's Art Reviewed 2 years 50 weeks ago

I visited the Philadelphia Museum of Art. They have a giant section committed entirely to one artist, Cy Twombly. Twombly is an abstract modern artist. He uses a variety of media to produce art on canvass that resembles graffiti that you would see in a school notebook or bathroom wall. Some consider Twombly to be a true genius artist. Some think he might be the worst artist ever.
