Mid to late winter can be a depressing time. The vibrant Christmas flowers are gone. Everything seems to be shrouded in darkness and drab colors. Spring will be bursting with cheerful color but cannot arrive soon enough. There is nothing to lift the winter blues like a colorful indoor blooming plant.

I hear ya! Montana usually gets dry, non-sticky snow most of the time - gone in a couple days. This year it has been wet and stays on the ground until the next storm piles more on top of it. I feel like I am back in New Hampshire where I grew up.
