Bookmark and Share Cottonwood Tees - The Tree that Destroys Air Conditioners.

You may or may not be aware of this, but if you own a home or a business that is near a cottonwood tree - then you should know.

I've been told recently that it's the female Cottonwood tree that is the killer of air conditioners, and that makes sense as we are dealing not so much with killer trees, but with killer tree seeds that float around in the air, fuzzy little things, and inevitably find and destroy a residential or business air conditioner.

It happens, no joke about it - but if you think I'm into cutting down trees. . . .you'd be quite wrong. You see, I make money mostly through air conditioning repairs. If it were up to me, then I'd have male and female cottonwood trees planted everywhere - so that there would be a never ending need for me to come and wash your condenser with water, super corrosive soap, or whatever else was required. Then, after the thing is washed and dried, I could check the charge, and the indoor goings on.

I hope you are starting to pick up a bit here on the hint, and the hint was that if you don't wash your condenser, the thing won't work so well. If you caught that, you are a bright little sucker, and you may have a cookie.

If you didn't, then please buy yourself a phone - your going to need it to call your local air conditioning repair company, and get someone to come out to your home and or business - and wash your condensers for you.
