The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are performing on Broadway, for all their fans to witness their first rock and roll concert ever. However, Shredder has other plans for our heroes, as he builds a machine that sucks away all their powers, and all the music in the world. Without any music, Shredder plans to conquer the Earth. Muahahaha! No, seriously this is the plan. Can our heroes conjure the strength to save the day? Or will our world be doomed to live a life without music under Shredder's tyranny?

The turtles are back, and this time their here to kick shell in feudal ancient Japan. After April buys an old scepter for Master Splinter, it turns out to be a time traveling device that transports our heroes back in time to 1593 Japan. Now, caught in a war between the innocent villagers and an evil Emperor, the turtles must unite to lead the people against the tyranny of oppression.

The heroes in a half shell make their big screen debut to kick foot soldier butt, while scarfing down on some delicious pizza. Unfortunately, the leader of the Foot Clan has plans to rid the city of the turtles once and for all, as it seems he has an eerily deep connection to their past, but what could it possibly be?
