Zyvonzek Radzhek Vjesalicu, better known as Zee Vjesalicu, is a female mixed martial artist and one of the pioneers of female MMA.
Zee was bornin the Ukraine and he began her martial arts training in 1985 with judo.
After that, she went into boxing for awhile.
She eventually began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and that led her to MMA fighting.
Zee had a 6-0-1 record with all of her wins by submission.

Doing as much work on Female MMA Hubs and blogs as I do, I really appreciated the WAMMA Women’s Mixed Martial Arts Rankings.
It broke down the fighters by weight class, and gave a pretty good idea of where they stood in the rankings.
But now the WAMMA Women’s Rankings has been superseded by The Unified Women’s Mixed Martial Arts Rankings.

Female MMA - Strikeforce Challengers 10 Results

Last Friday night(August 13th) at the Strikeforce Challengers 10 event, they had the first women’s 135 lb tournament for the mixed martial arts promotion.
This tournament was to decide who would get a shot at the 135-pound belt currently held by Sarah Kaufman.

Female MMA - Kyra Gracie and The 2010 MMA Hawaii Awards

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) star Kyra Gracie says that she will be debuting in female MMA "soon".
Kyra Gracie has stirred up a lot of controversy here before, and it looks like some more may be coming.
According to MMA Fighting.com, Kyra is considering the move from grappling to MMA.
MMA Hawaii.com is holding it's 2010 MMA Hawaii Awards and you can vote online at their site.
Of course the reason I'm mentioning this is that they have a Female Fighter of the Year award.
