I love food and also love experimenting with it. I eat about 85% of raw food, the only cooked food I usually have is my main meal. Like I said I love food so if I fancy a cake or a sandwich I will not deny myself it. When you start cutting out food completely, that’s when you start to crave for it even more and then you end up giving in only to feel guilty after the fact. So for me I enjoy food the way its meant to be enjoyed and that is to savour every mouth like it’s your last.
