First a little About The Band.
First I would have to note, this is probably my favorite Christian group overall right now. And while there are many great Christian bands it seems right now, these guys are the ones who over and over, song after song, always seem to be able to move my heart to a place of worship. In fact it's gotten to the point, where with every new release I can instantly tell when it's one of their songs simply because of this.

With that said heres a little more about the band:

This type of rhythm is often referred to as picking and strummin'. It is very important that you know just how to execute the alternating bass type of accompaniment in order for it to sound right. Chords in the Key of D Major:
The next key we will be concentrating on will be the Key of D Major. If you remember we have one key for each note name. So going through our lists of notes…A B C D E G G, we would have a key for each of these notes. For example we would have A Major, B Major, C Major, D Major and so on. With the exception of C Major, these are called the sharp keys and most of these are easier to play on the guitar rather than the flat keys – More on that later.
