What do you do with your old computers, TVs and assorted electronic junk. It appears that 75% of all the computers that have ever been bought are still stored away in people's houses, which is an ecological time bomb given all the nasty chemicals they have locked up in them. I know it's true of me I have at least 3 old monitors and 3 PCs hanging around here somewhere. So what to do with them ? At the moment it seems that toxic junk gets sent off to places like Africa, India and China for 'recycling' which usually involves kids ripping apart and burning toxic computer parts.

What we don’t reuse gets recycled to the toughest standard based on the Basel Action Network and e-Steward's principles. This keeps toxic e-waste chemicals out of our landfills.
