Harriet Island - This fireworks display is hosted in downtown St. Paul from July 2nd - July 5th. It is an entire weekend event. Fireworks are set off every night at 10:15pm, so you can choose which evening best fits your schedule. Of course, the biggest display will be on Saturday, the 4th of July. Admission to the event is $10 per person. The fireworks are set off on the west side of the Mississippi, which does have the best view, but visibility is also great from the east side. If you can find a good place to park, you can watch the show for free from the east bank.
