It seems we have constant controversy as to where the terrorist trials will be held. Mr. Holder says one thing one day, then Obama reverses Holder's stance the next. Holder still wants the trials to be held in NYC despite the fact that New Yorkers are very much against this, as are New York officials. This week Holder is under the gun for not admitting during his confirmation that he had previously worked with handling terrorist defendants. The National Review magazine found this information in a Supreme Court brief.
