The Cupboard Drawer Recipe Book was first published int he 1980's by my Mom and Dad, Dorothy and M.C. Ellis; they have passed on the rights to me and I am in the process of revising and re-editing for format and updating the content as I look to republish it in the future. The recipes here are tried and true good family cooking, and usually are time efficient as Dorothy was a working Mom long before it was popular, so most of these main dish recipes take 45 mins to an hour to cook start to finish.
