The real subjects not being the waterlillys but reflections on the water, the blue sky, white clouds and green trees on the shoreline.

Simply entitled Claude Monet (1840-1926), the exhibit at the Grand Palais on the Champs Elysées will put almost 200 works of the much-loved impressionist painter on display.
