Directions:

• Mix all the ingredients by hand in mixing bowl but not over-mixed. Mix the ingredients while the minced beef is cold. Cover with cling film and chilled.
• Form patties only when in need. Or form patties and freeze until use.
• Storage of chilled mixture must also be checked and remix.
Grill burger patty in flat grill, frying pan or in charcoal grill. Another way is to cook in electric grill (5-6 minutes) for 2.5 minutes per side or depending on the thickness of the patty
