A common complaint I hear all too often:
"I've tried every diet going, but nothing seems to work."
If this be the case, doesn't it stand to reason that dieting might not be the answer to losing those few extra pounds around the midriff.
Rather than starving yourself, which is far more unhealthy than the 5 lbs too many, wouldn't it be better to look at how you eat?
Rather than concentrating on what you eat, shouldn't you also consider what you drink?
Have you thought about burning more calories?
Have you reached a certain age? Then what about your hormone balance?
Are you on the pill? Is it the right one for you?
