The highest risks for depression seems to be when you are an adolescent, in your middle ages and after you have retired.

tep 7 Let's have some common sense about some help you can do for yourself. Get out in the sun it has a wonderful affect on the body and mind. Exercise gets the body going and releases some good chemicals in the blood stream that affect the brain and how we look at things. let alone the way you may shape up after working out will make you like the way you look. Surround yourself with a positive environment.
