This is one of my favorite smoothie recipes I have made up. You can substitute regular yogurt for the Greek yogurt if you wish. But Greek yogurt does have twice the protein as regular yogurt. Put pineapple juice in your blender. Add yogurt and a very ripe banana. If you freeze the banana (in slices) before using it, you will not have to add ice to make the smoothie nice and thick and cold. Add some honey for extra sweetness, or whatever sweetner you like. The add some coconut extract to taste. Blend well.
