This candy has a wonderful cinnamon flavor. It makes a great breath freshener because cinnamon is anti-microbial. It also provides a nice "pick me up" for the 3 o'clock blahs because cinnamon boosts brain activity.
I make this candy every year at Christmas. It is a family favorite. One batch makes about 2 lbs., plenty to keep some for yourself and to give as homemade Christmas gifts. It also makes a great Valentines Day gift.
