These four steps focuses on tightening your abs muscles. The more muscles you build in your tummy the more faster your metabolism would go which means more calories to burn. The steps are easy and it only requires three times a week to do the exercises. Make sure that you start with a warm up every time you do the exercise by jogging or just marching in place to raise your heart rate and loosen some of those tight muscles. After the warm up do these exercises for one minute each then move to the next exercise immediately so you can do all four moves twice. When you are done, start again from the beginning.
The first step is called the vacuum. Kneel on the floor with a table like position of your back make sure that the weights are in your hands and knees and keeping the back flat. Push your stomach out while inhaling and pull your in while exhaling. Hold for 3 seconds then repeat this move for one minute.
